The Customer Relations team manage requests for information about Sentral and can connect you with the Education Consultant in your area.

Within Sentral is a Help Centre that provides onscreen guides, video tutorials, webinar recordings and knowledgebase articles to guide you through using and Administering Sentral. Our Support team staff are available during business hours to troubleshoot and manage the resolution of technical issues.

If you have a question about your account, licence anniversary or would like to top up a messaging account the Finance team are available to assist you.
